This is another shot that wouldn’t have been possible without my Radio Poppers. These things are great. More post processing was done with the awesome Totally Rad Actions in Photoshop.

I love how Virginia’s portraits turned out. This was in the the ceremony room at Lawton Estates in Garland, Texas and it was unbelievably dark. Thanks to Nikon CLS (creative lighting system) and my RadioPoppers for reliability. The Radio Poppers are a must have item for a wedding photographer. The off camera flash was on a small C-clamp attached to a lamp on the wall to Virginia’s left.

Low light hand held macro is my enemy! I was struggling indoors to do something creative with Brooks and Chicks rings and finally realized I might have better luck outside. I love the texture of the sidewalk here. This was right out the front door of Lawton Estates in Garland, Texas.

I recently bought a Nikon FE to start shooting and developing my own black and white film. This is shot in the Half Price Books in Frisco, TX with the FE and my Voigtlander 58mm lens. Film is Kodak Tri-X 400.

I’m beginning to experiment with High Dynamic Range exposure blending. This shot of the groom and his buds was processed from one RAW file in Photomatix. Thanks to Trey Ratcliff over at StuckInCustoms for the great info and tutorials. This image may be a little over done but I dig it. Let me know what you think.
