Recently I had some issues with the hosting with my former web design company. Unfortunately I was not alone. Almost all of their users were without service for almost 48 hours with no communication or updates beside a small blog post. The lack of service pushed me way out of my comfort zone and I bought a template and hosting package from Bigfolio.In researching new companies I was unable to find anything negative concerning Bigfolio anywhere online. I liked their templates and purchased the Cherry Lane design. From my first communications with Bigfolio I knew that I was making a huge step forward in service. In the first few hours around my purchase I must have had at least five separate conversations with different members of their team. Return calls were received almost immediately.Their online support page has a ticket system to submit questions and support requests. Even when the issues are not urgent response is almost immediate. I have issued several tickets along the way for help on various issues and the help could not be more professional.Various issues I have had personal support with are..
Each of those separate tickets brought almost instant assistance. The personal help along the way to get my site up and running smoothly is above and beyond anything I expected.Of course ultimately I bought the site for the site, not for the support. My new site is live so judge for yourself. I am super excited with the design, layout and function. The admin controls are so easy to use and well thought out customizing and updating the site is as smooth as silk.To any photographer looking to get the most out of you online presence I give Bigfolio my highest recommendation.
