Virginia and Brooks at the Dallas Arboretum

Virginia and Brooks have their wedding planned for the end of June. I can’t wait, they are a ton of fun and I know the wedding day will be awesome! We spent a few hours at the Dallas Arboretum for their engagement session. These are a few of my favorites.

Grandma at the Mehendi Ceremony

The Mehendi ceremony the day before Adit and Amy’s wedding was a great for a photographer. Fun people and colorful art, who could ask for more. I got a ton of great shots of all of the hand painting and celebration but this image was my favorite from the night. Amy’s Grandma had her hand painted and it was beautiful. I was able grab this quick shot of her right after she was done.

Amy and Adit and Brooklyn Bridge Park

The morning after Amy and Adit’s wedding we met at Brooklyn Bridge Park to grab some shots before they headed to Europe for their honeymoon. A beautiful day with a super nice couple in a New York park always makes for great shooting.

New York Destination Wedding of Amy and Adit

This weekend I had the honor of photographing the wedding of Adit and Amy Nathan in New York City.  It was a great trip and a thrill to be around a family full of so much fun and energy.  Here are a couple of nice captures of Amy and Adit.

Adit and Amy, I hope you’re having a great time on your honeymoon!

Congratulations Erin and Andrew

I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Erin Woollen and Andrew Blackmon yesterday.  It couldn’t have been nicer.  A fantastic young couple and a super nice family.  The wedding was at the Inn on Lake Granbury and the weather was just right.

This one of the dress is one of my wife’s favorites from yesterday.  I hope you like it too, Erin!

Congratulations guys!!  Here is a small slideshow of a few favorites with quick edits.  I’ll have about 600 images for you in about a week.

Holland Photo Studio Updated Pricing List

I have just updated the pricing for my wedding services. I am now offering two packages.  As usual I hope the pricing is simple and clear.  My clients need to know up front what their dollar is buying.

There are two distinct levels that are very aggressively priced.  My clients often ask why my prices are significantly lower than quality competition.  The answer is simple.  I am very proud of my work and am excited to offer a fair price.

I am confident that you will have a very hard time finding a photographer of significant skill with lower prices.

Packaging is flexible and I would be happy to speak with you in regards to customizing options to find just the solution you need.

You can see my upgraded pricing by visiting my SITE and clicking on “Pricing“.  You may also visit the DIRECT LINK at my html (non-flash) web site.

Waiting for Friends

This image is simple enough.  I liked the back light from the doorway through the glass.

It’s called  “Waiting for Friends”

Birthday Celebration With Friends

Sunday we celebrated with Shane and Karen, Karen’s 30th birthday. We pigged out at Texas de Brazil. Shane and Karen are great people and we always have an awesome time with them.  It’s especially nice to have friends that tolerate a photographer.  Here is a nice portrait I took of them before dinner.

The birthday girl’s eyes bugged when she realized her cosmo was all gone!!

I like this quick shot of Lee that I nabbed on the way out.  We were lucky to be able to walk considering how much Brazillian BBQ we devoured.

After dinner went bowled a few frames…

…and shot a little pool.
